Team Leader / Supervisor

Overview

Lead a small team of cleaners, run quality checks, and help onboard new starters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for a team of 6–10 cleaners
• Run on-site quality checks and customer satisfaction follow-ups
• Onboard, train and mentor new team members
• Escalate equipment, staffing or customer issues to head office

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience leading a small team, ideally in cleaning or hospitality
• Full driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach
• Eligible to pass a police check
