Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or booking a cleaning service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our website or services.

All bookings are confirmed once payment or a valid payment method has been provided. Quoted prices are based on the property details you give us — if the actual condition differs significantly, we'll always contact you before charging anything extra.

You can reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee to cover the cleaner's reserved time.

If we're unable to deliver a booked service, or a completed clean doesn't meet our quality standard, we'll offer a re-clean or a full refund at our discretion, in line with our service guarantee.

We carry public liability insurance and take reasonable care on every job, but we're not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided at booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
