Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries about bookings and quotes
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to confirm and adjust bookings
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Keep booking and customer records accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call centre experience
• Clear, friendly phone and written communication
• Comfortable using booking and CRM software
• Based in or around Sydney for occasional in-office days
